Custom Reports

Custom reports are reports that you have created when you have needs or a format that is not covered by the pre-defined Canned Reports. To create one, run a canned report and then customize it. Once you are happy with it save it. When you return to the publish tab the next time, you will see your saved custom report on the right hand side of that window. Click it and you can recall your custom settings.
There are many different (very basic and very advanced) that you can customize. It will vary based on what type of report it is:
- Custom Results Report - Includes any type of results or awards sheet.
- Custom Performance List Report - Includes performance lists, entry lists, heat sheets, and even track event score sheets. Any type of list of entries.

Variables
Not all variables are available on every report, but we have standardized them as below as of version 3.045.
ATHLETES:
- %bn = Bib Number
- %fn = First Name
- %fi = First Initial
- %mn = Middle Name
- %mi = Middle Initial
- %ln = Last Name
- %li = Last Initial
- %gn = Gender (MALE or FEMALE)
- %mf = Gender (M or F)
- %ag = Age
- %bd = Birthdate
- %by = Birthyear
- %gr = Grade
- %co = Class Of, Graduation Year
- %tn = Team Name
- %ab = Team Abbreviation
- %ct = Team City
- %st = Team State
- %wv = Wave Name
- %gp = Group Name
- %sz = T-Shirt Size
- %cl = T-Shirt Color
- %cn = Coach/Contact Name
- %em = Email
- %ph = Phone
- %fx = Fax
