The original goal of MileSplit was to create an easy-to-use and cheap solution for coaches of small meets who were still using paper or just an Excel spreadsheet to run their meets. As the program developed, it received a lot of grassroots interest and requests for new features. It has evolved to have the grander goal of being essentially all things to all people. That is being simple enough for the novice coach to pick up and use for a basic meet and yet powerful and feature-rich enough that it satisfies even professional timekeepers.

Now in version three, it has tons of Features and Integration with popular timing systems including FinishLynx Interface.
