Import Rosters from Athletic.net

In Michigan and other areas of the country, http://athletic.net has become a popular method for obtaining meet entries. Some have struggled understanding exactly how to import entries. In cross country it is very easy as demonstrated in this screencast.

I find that using the RunScore download makes for an easy time of it as demonstrated there.
