Printing Athlete Labels

There are two ways that you can print labels from RaceTab.

Using Microsoft Word or Other Third Party Application

On the Athletes Tab under the Export button there is an option to Export Athletes to CSV File, which has various options. Customize that to your needs and save the file. Then using your word processing program, you can print these labels.

Microsoft Word calls this "Mail Merge". The exact process in Word will vary by version, but here is one tutorial I found on the subject. [1]

Printing Labels Within RaceTab

In the top menu bar of RaceTab there is a Labels option. Click that.

The label printer window will open, with an example of how it would look.

You can edit the various settings on the right-hand side and it will live update the preview. The preview is populated with fake data to give you an idea. Whatever labels you are using should come with instructions as far as where to set margins, etc.

When you have it all set, you can choose the Print option or the Print Preview option to see what it would look like with your athlete data.
