RaceTab Video Timing

The RaceTab video timing module is experimental, buggy... and frankly may not be something we pursue very heavily. It is intended to be used with PyroBright or other timing systems. You're much better off using EagleEye, honestly, if you can afford it.

Depending on demand, in the future will either discontinue this altogether or extend it. As-is it is not great.
