Apple Raceberry Jam (commonly referred to as just Raceberry Jam) is developed by Jack Moran, a long time coach from Minnesota. It was written in the 1980s and updated continually over the years, having a key benefit of being able to run on both Windows and Macintosh platforms. It has drawn support around Minnesota, but also among some big national timing companies that use ChampionChip. It was one of the first and best software for its integration with that system.

Another strong point is its detailed manual.

It has a pretty good delimited file import mechanism that gave a small piece of inspiration to RaceTab.

It has separate versions for Track & Field, Cross Country, and Road Racing.
